Remarks: Compulsory attendance for overseas participants, for China region only partial participants to attend.
Reminder:
Please retain order of the convention to construct favorable atmosphere, do pay attention to the following remarks:
1. All participants are required to go through <The Second Global Top Distributors Summit Handbook>, realize the itinerary, enter the venue 15 minutes in advance, do not walk about without reason.
2. Entrance pass for three venues differentiated by different colors, each entrance pass is only valid for particular venue, please be seated according to assigned number to ensure the convention held orderly.
All participating guests are advised to keep the entrance pass properly, present the entrance pass for particular venue at the entrance, the entrance pass is the only proof of participation, no replacement for any lost pass.
3. Please adjust all communication devices to vibrate mode before commencement of the convention, silent during the convention. Do not smoke, eat snacks and make noise within the venue, ensure cleanliness during exit from the venue. Do not litter the mineral water bottles after consumption, please discard at the wastebins.
4. All participants must be dressed in formal attire.
5. Do not bring along any hazardous items to the venue such as: fruit knife, flammable or explosive items etc.
6. Please collect in bulk the simultaneous interpretation devices for the summit, return once the summit is finish, do not bring out of the venue.
7. No child is allowed to enter the venue.
8. Please refer to the notice given on the event day if there is any change for the itinerary. |
