1. 25 September 2008 12:30
Rehearsal session for awardees and overseas cultural performers at TIENS International Health Industrial Park, the tour leader is compulsory to guide all concerned to attend punctually and assist during the rehearsal.
Note:
All personnel for full dress rehearsal should take the dedicated vehicle arranged by the Preparatory Committee at the door of new New D Building of the Group at 12:00 September 25 to the meeting place of industrial park for the rehearsal.
2. 25 September 2008 16:00-18:00 is the entrance time for the BBS, please enter the venue orderly base on entrance ticket, be seated according to number assigned, keep personal belongings properly during the convention.
3. 25 September 2008 18:00-19:00 is the warm-up time for the BBS, all participants are required to be seated 10 minutes in advance, to cooperate with the fieldwork team to go along interactive session.
4. Participants are suggested to wear national or folk cultural costume.
5. Please adjust ringing mode of mobile phone to vibrate mode during the convention, do not walking about without special reason, contact instantly the tour escort if any problem arise or solved and coordinated by the working team members of the convention.
6. Do not smoking, eating snacks and making noise within the convention, retain order of the convention and ensure cleanliness while exit from the venue.
7. All participants are encouraged to go through the <Convention Handbook> carefully in order to ensure smooth progress of the BBS, adhere strictly to the time arrangement and remarks.

TIENS International Products Exhibition will be launched during this TIENS International Tour Seminar, for the very first time we will be in virtue of the format of modernized exhibition and fun filling interactive experience activities, to explain and introduce the affluent contents of each and every brand and products of TIENS to our distributors, also let all visitors to experience the many products of TIENS in near distance.
Event activities include product display, new product launch, product series seminar, interactive games and many other attractive segments; we have specially catered for higher PV/BV for the limited quantity sale of new products during this event, in order to reward loyal partners whom are long-term users of TIENS products, a series of presents and lucky draw activities is provided for all distributors attending the event.  We want our partners to enrich their experiences while surprised with the many creative activities.

All participants are urged to attend the shopping festival according to the date and time stated, otherwise please excuse us for not receiving them.

Experience We Share––TIENS International Market Developing Education Seminar––The Second Global Top Distributors Summit
Global elites assemble at headquarters to share success and summarize experience.
There will be three lecturing halls in this summit, the subjects of summit involve the development of the latest strategies of Tiens Group, construction of the network group and marketing skill, interactive and exchange of regional success experiences, knowledge of health & longevity culture and beauty care products and etc. There will be prize awarding session during the summit, the prizes are: TIENS Global Award 2007-2008-Most Outstanding Leader, TIENS Global Award 2007-2008-Fastest Growing Distributor, TIENS Global Award 2007-2008-Best Independent Distributor Office. In conclusion, this summit is meant to furnish a learning and communicating platform for distributors from all over the world, to strengthen marketing knowledge, to upgrade marketing skill, to understand the overall development strategy of Tiens Group, in order to initiate the market development in future better.

Reminder:
Please retain order of the convention to construct favorable atmosphere, do pay attention to the following remarks:
1. All participants are required to go through <The Second Global Top Distributors Summit Handbook>, realize the itinerary, enter the venue 15 minutes in advance, do not walk about without reason.
2. Entrance pass for three venues differentiated by different colors, each entrance pass is only valid for particular venue, please be seated according to assigned number to ensure the convention held orderly.
All participating guests are advised to keep the entrance pass properly, present the entrance pass for particular venue at the entrance, the entrance pass is the only proof of participation, no replacement for any lost pass.
3. Please adjust all communication devices to vibrate mode before commencement of the convention, silent during the convention.  Do not smoke, eat snacks and make noise within the venue, ensure cleanliness during exit from the venue. Do not litter the mineral water bottles after consumption, please discard at the wastebins.
4. All participants must be dressed in formal attire.
5. Do not bring along any hazardous items to the venue such as: fruit knife, flammable or explosive items etc.
6. Please collect in bulk the simultaneous interpretation devices for the summit, return once the summit is finish, do not bring out of the venue.
7. No child is allowed to enter the venue.
8. Please refer to the notice given on the event day if there is any change for the itinerary.

Travel Notice:
1. It is the peak season with many tourists in China during the period of the Convention; all are advised to pay attention to safety, avoid congestion and keep personal belongings properly.
2. End of September is autumn at northern part of China, difference in temperature of day and night can be drastic, short or long sleeves shirts or T-shirts may be wore during day time, do bring along a jacket to prevent coldness during night activities.
3. Do prepare some medicines according to personal conditions, for example: medicine to prevent car sickness and mosquito bites, medicine to treat discomfort or indigestion etc.
4. Tap water in China is not direct drinking water, do boil the water before drinking, please pay attention to the hygiene of food and drink.
5.  Not all merchant shops in China accept international credit card, therefore kindly bring along international common currency for personal usage.  Present passport at the front counter of banks or hotels before changing local currency (Ren Min Bi), exchange rate is based on the purchase rate of cash declared by Bank of China on that day, no administrative charges is requested.
6. Electronic voltage in China is 220V, frequency of 50HZ, please prepare own transformer.
7. Do not leave the group and walk alone during the Convention and tour for safety reason, listen to the tour guide of ground arrangement.
8. Please keep own passport properly while traveling to avoid any inconvenience of losing it.
